Recent data and reports from multiple sources including Core Logic RP Data all indicate that now is definitely a good time to sell your property in the Illawarra region.
Demand still very much outweighs the supply of properties on the market at the moment. This creates a market where buyers are competing for properties which translates to properties experiencing less days on market before they are sold and prices being achieved at the top end of their price guide.
