The Shellharbour Marina Group has a new arm to the suite of services provided by the business – now including Shellharbour Marina Property Maintenance. The new service provides property maintenance i.e. Repairs/handyman work/ minor upgrades/ongoing maintenance for clients including;
- Preparing For Sale
- Rental Property Maintenance
- Holiday Accommodation Setup and Maintenance
- Local Residential Repairs & Maintenance
The list of services available is extensive and includes; general handyman jobs, high pressure outdoor cleaning, lawns and gardening, landscaping, irrigation systems, deck repairs and new decks, paving and more.
We are very proud to now include Matt Mannex as part of the specialist team at Shellharbour Marina Group, who will be managing the Property Maintenance area. Matt also just happens to be Michelle Mannex’s husband and brings over 30 years of experience in Property Maintenance including owning his own businesses over the years. Due to substantial growth of the business and the recent addition of the holiday accommodation service, Michelle finally convinced Matt that he needed to be part of the team!
