Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is 10am. You may be able to access the property earlier or depart at a later time, however, we ask that you contact our team prior to your check in day to allow us time to manage this.

Yes, all our properties have a minimum two-night stay on standard, 4 nights over Easter, and 5 nights over Christmas/New Year on the Coast.

Most of our properties have a full linen service included, and this will be specified on the property information if it is. We do, however, offer extra linen at a set cost which is outlined in our “Guest Information Tab ” on our website.

You are required to bring your own food, drinks and personal toiletries. The home will, however, be equipped with some supplies for your first night or two including; toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, and other basic supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. The home will also be equipped with cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, and other varieties of equipment for basic needs for cooking such as pots and pans.

Some homes are equipped with both, you will need to ask us prior booking so we may inform you.

Not all of our homes are pet friendly, you will need to check our listings to see if they are pet friendly. This may incur a surcharge dependent on the property and it is your responsibility to keep your pets safe, as not all our properties are fully fenced. Please call us for further information.

Bookings are fully refundable up until xx days prior to your booking, after which they are non refundable or alternatively, you may choose to change your booking date which will not incur a fee, however this must be done at least xxx days prior to your stay. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

The bond is our security against any damages done to the property during your stay, and any cleaning required above those laid out in the Terms and Conditions. This is refundable providing the conditions of your stay are met and not breached. We will also keep your credit card details on file for up to 14 days after the date of stay to act as the bond, should there be any issues with the way the property is left.

No. We have a strict no party policy. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and only guests staying at the property should be present.

Yes, all our listings have the number of people allowed stated on the listing. We ask that you refer to the listing information or contact us for further information.

Each of our properties is equipped for the set number of people who are allowed to stay at one time. Tents and caravans are not permitted at the properties. Refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

There is a strict no smoking policy inside the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside away from any doors and windows, and make sure all buds are disposed of in the rubbish bins provided.
