2. Fertilize and mulch the garden – including adding wetting agents to the soil
3. Deck and patio maintenance – check for any repairs needed and add a coat of oil or stain
4. Clean and service your air conditioners – change the air filters and clean the vents
5. Review the linen and pantry cupboards – a good tidy and cull makes it much easier to find what you are looking for.
