Part time 15-20 hours per week
The Shellharbour Marina Group is a high performing boutique Real Estate Business located in Shellharbour servicing the Greater Shellharbour region. We are looking for a part-time Holiday Accommodation Manager to join our team and continue to grow and develop the newest part of the business in our Holiday Accommodation Service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing bookings
2. Listing new properties and promoting the Holiday Accommodation service
3. Manage payments and trust account
4. Growing and maintaining a database of potential new property owners
5. Social content
6. Working with owners to prepare their property for Holiday Accommodation and ongoing requirements
7. Replying to enquiries via phone and email for owners and guests
8. Various admin duties associated with the role9. Liaising with relevant contractors eg cleaners, trades people etc
Attributes and Experience
1. Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
2. Own car and current licence
3. A focused, driven and motivated personality
4. Keen interest in holiday accommodation and the local area
5. Strong communication skills over the phone and in-person
6. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
7. Organised and proactive
8. A team player
9. A willingness to continually learn and develop, being open to feedback
