My house in Shell Cove was the family home for 20 years and in the last 3 years I used it as an investment property. Michelle is the person that greets all potential buyers at the open home inspections, and listens to the feedback which is so important in guiding your decisions about your asking price. Michelle gives great advice and suggestions on how to improve your property to make it more appealing for the buyer. Which is what I did, and I believe I was able to achieve the price I was hoping for. Michelle gave me regular feedback after each inspection and discussed with me realistic expectations of how much potential vendors were offering.
